Hairdresser

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding hair care services including cutting coloring styling and various treatments.
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends in hair fashion and techniques.
• Provide personalized consultations to guests ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Manage appointment bookings efficiently ensuring punctuality and optimal client satisfaction.
• Sell hair care & other beautyproducts by recommending appropriate items based on guests needs and preferences.
• Participate in all job specific and companytraining including safety drills and other training exercises.
• Collaborate with the spa team to offer exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.

Essential Requirements:

• Certification from a recognized hairdressing school and/or successful completion of a threeyear apprenticeship.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional hairdresser.
• Strong knowledge of various hair care products and services.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to listen and communicate effectively.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in handling hair care tools and equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours7 days a week.
• Experience with various hair types and ethnicities.

Contract:

• 68 months onboard followed by 2 months vacation (paid while shipboard)
• Shared cabin
