Assistant Manager for a Global Fitness Franchise in BecclesSuffolk

30 hours per week

25k26k basic salary (pro rated equating to 19600 per annum for 30 hours)

Bonus earning potential

We are looking for a driven passionate individual for our Assistant Manager role for a fantastic fitness gym in Beccles Suffolk.This is a very exciting opportunity for an individual with sales and management experience with a background within fitness and personal training.

This is an exciting new role in a fantastic location with huge potential. Our client is one of the worlds largest 24/7 fitness franchises growing incredibly quickly across the UK.

We are looking to recruit an experienced individual within the fitness industry with the energy and enthusiasm to assist in the management of the daytoday operations of a busy new health club. You will be working closely with the Club manager assisting with all aspects of the club. A brand new club will have a strong focus on the sales and commercial aspects therefore experience within sales and social media is advantageous.

This role will include the following:

Sales Management driving sales through local community and outreach

Management of Personal Trainers

Management of Group Exercise timetables / invoicing

Maintaining standards of the club

Social media and club management reporting

What are we looking for

Sales & Management experience (preferable)

Level 3 REPS Certification (preferable)

Outstanding customer service and people skills

A proven ability to hit targets

Social media experience (preferable)
