Exciting Opportunity: Key Account Manager in the FMCG Sector

Your Role and Mission

As a Key Account Manager your primary mission will be to manage and expand relationships with our clients key accounts in the modern retail sector. You will serve as the main point of contact for these accounts crafting tailored strategies to meet their needs and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your role is crucial in driving sales growth and maintaining the high quality of customer service that defines our clients brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong longlasting client relationships through consistent and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth within key accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend product innovations and improvements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of key accounts adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decisionmaking.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Dynamic and proactive approach to problemsolving.
