This role is responsible for oversees the technical aspects of a software team by making architectural and design decisions guiding team members in technical matters and supervising system modifications and working on both frontend and backend development processes and design develop and maintain fullyfledged and functioning platforms with databases or servers.

Requirements
Handson experience in .Net Core React and Azure
(5 to 10) years of experience as a software engineer including at least (4 to 6) years of UI experience.
Deep understanding of UI components and React
Hands on experience working on SQL.
Proficient in business analysis architecture knowledge and technical solution design
Collaborate with architects and other team members to define technical solutions and create detailed design documentation.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Drive best practices for coding testing and deployment processes.
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Work closely with project managers to plan and prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Azure and .NET development.
Experience working in an agile environment
Experience building complex web systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through the actual launch of the project
Experience with missioncritical 24x7 systems and exposure to high performance & parallel computing technologies
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while providing quality results
Mentor the junior team members
Ability and desire to be a selfstarter and work independently
Ability to effectively troubleshoot issues and resolve issues
Az900 certification would be added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
