Requirements

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry and immigration consultancy.
   
2. Proficiency in visa processing procedures and documentation requirements.
   
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
   
4. Strong interpersonal skills with a customercentric approach.
   
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
   
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
   
7. Familiarity with Infopark Kochi location is a plus.
