As of 1/1/2024 ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance. Welle (Verbal Deescalation bundle training required) OR CPI OR PMCS
COVID vaccinations encouraged but not required.

RN to Patient ratio: 1:6
Patient Population: MS/Oncology (typically adultgeriatric)
EMR: Cerner
Dress code: Scrubs no mandatory color
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

Magnet Recognition is the gold standard for nursing excellence. To receive Magnet Recognition by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) an organization must demonstrate excellent quality outcomes satisfied patients and engaged nurses.
Requirement description :
- Experience in Oncology care not required but highly preferred & encouraged
- may float as needed including to MedTele Unit
- travel experience required no exceptions
- Chemo cert Preferred
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys BLS and ACLS Facility will not pend license/certs)
Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID. Address will be validated during compliance process. Travelers from the following counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls (Perm address must be included in profile):
