Tasks

• Manage IRP registrations and plates ensuring timely renewals and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Process titles coordinating seamlessly with state agencies and clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitate the opening of MC and DOT numbers for new and existing clients guiding them through the regulatory requirements.
• Conduct biannual DOT updates maintaining current records and ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations.
• Oversee authority reinstatement and revocation processes providing expert advice and support to clients facing regulatory challenges.
• Perform new entrant DOT audits ensuring clients meet all safety and regulatory standards from the outset.
• Run MVRs (Motor Vehicle Records) providing clients with detailed reports and compliance assessments.
• Assist in the formation of corporations offering guidance on compliance with transportation regulations.
• Handle trailer registrations and plates ensuring all client vehicles are properly documented and compliant.
• Coordinate drug and alcohol testing applications overseeing the compliance of client programs with DOT regulations.
• Manage BOC3 form applications ensuring clients have proper legal representation across states.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years experience insurance domain;
• Profound understanding of the DMV insurance domain;
• Experience with DOT compliance will be big plus;
• Proficiency in working with CRM systems and good computer skills;
• Punctuality with an ability to work from office 9am6pm 5 days a week;
• A quick learner willing and capable of assimilating new information efficiently.
