Assigned county Territory is Area Area #4 (Danville Martinez Moraga Alamo Clayton Concord Lafayette Orinda Pleasant Hill Walnut Creek) AND Area #5 (North Contra Costa) Pittsburg Discovery Bay Antioch Brentwood Oakley Bethal Island Bay PointTWO Options Guaranteed Hours or Non Guaranteed hours. If Guarantee the following shall apply: Productivity: At least 27 points per week (points described below). 36 hours Guarantee. Traveler must complete 30 points in the week. Must be willing to travel outside the area or work weekends if required to maintain weekly visit expectations. If Traveler refuses patients guarantee does not apply. Guarantee does not apply for 1st and last week of assignment or for weeks in which there are holidays or for weeks in which the traveler has time off.If NonGuarantee the following shall apply: Weekend coverage may be required. To secure a full caseload Traveler may be required to go outside the service area occasionally. Can refuse patients. No guaranteed hours. Traveler must be willing to see Covid and Covid Pui patients. Payment made on per visit basis.
