JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose of the role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer to join our delivery
team. As a Senior AEP Developer you will work closely with crossfunctional teams including product
management design engineering and data science to deliver innovative and effective solutions that
meet our clients business needs. This role will provide an opportunity to work with the best strategic minds
across prestigious global brands and to develop strong technofunctional skills.
Job responsibilities:
Participate in the Technical design & Planning process.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and deliver highquality AEP
solutions that meet our clients business objectives.
Participate in the technical design and planning process to Implement best practices on
Technology.
Remove roadblocks identify workarounds and agility to the project and ability to build a new
techno functional case study.
Develop and maintain AEP data models schemas and integrations with other systems.
Implement and manage data governance and data quality processes for AEP data.
Ensure that AEP solutions meet performance scalability and security requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other AEP developers and team members.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies related to AEP and digital
marketing.
Strong collaboration and technical skills to drive client projects from the design concept stage to
providing innovative scientific solutions.
Lead brainstorming sessions with teams to develop some pathbreaking innovations.
Become a goto person for internal teams and client teams on strategic questions.
Ensuring that Verti curl s best practices frameworks tools etc are well used as appropriate
by internal teams and outputs included in client presentations.
Work together with WPP partners to create a few visible differences on brands.
Minimum qualifications and technical skills:
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in developing digital marketing solutions using Adobe Experience
Cloud technologies including AEP Adobe Campaign Adobe Target Adobe Analytics and
Adobe Experience Manager
Strong understanding of data modelling data integration and data governance principles
Experience with Agile development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Experience in integrating AEP with other technologies and platforms is a plus
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with good stakeholder and PMO skills
