• Proven experience as a technical lead /lead developer with a focus on Dot Net Azure sharepoint and Full Stack development.
• Minimum 14 years of experience in software development
• Strong understanding of software development best practices design patterns and architectural principles.
• Experience in leading and delivering solution designs and technical artefacts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and collaborate effectively within crossfunctional teams.
• Leadership experience with the ability to guide and inspire team members toward successful project outcomes.
• Experience in agile delivery
• Previous experience in leading team of developers and performance management is a value ad
• Problemsolving aptitude and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies is preferred.
• Australian PR or Australian Citizenship is mandate
• Work location either Melbourne/Brisbane/Perth
