Dutch Customer Care Representative

As a Customer Care Representative you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers enjoy a memorable and delightful stay experience.

Primary Duties

• Assist guests with inquiries address concerns promptly and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Handle customer queries via phone and email providing information on bookings activities and Dutch market insights.
• Offer guidance on amenities and services swiftly addressing customer complaints to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Aid customers in booking accommodations meals and leisure activities ensuring accuracy in booking details and billing information.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in Dutch language (C2 level).
• Prior experience in customer service roles.
• Strong attention to detail autonomy and exceptional interpersonal skills.
