EDI Integration Manager

As an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Manager your responsibility will be to oversee all EDI integrations encompassing both new and existing ones within our client s organization. You will serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and customers concerning integrations ensuring smooth communication and data exchange. • Knowledge of EDI document types and ANSI X12 format ()
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Detailoriented and methodical
  
• Experience in project management and crossfunctional collaboration
  
• Knowledge of business processes is a plus
  

What awaits you in this role

• Manage all EDI integrations including setting up new integrations and maintaining existing ones.
  
• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding integration processes ensuring timely onboarding of new integrations.
  
• Confirm successful file processing and monitor for any missing files or errors promptly resolving issues as needed.
  
• Participate in designing executing and delivering projects to meet client requirements.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to client specifications.
  
• Develop and support data translation maps and processes for interfaces using data translation software for ANSI X12.
  
• Ensure accurate translation and processing of EDI document types (e.g. ).
