Overview:
The Remote Virtual Assistant plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to clients and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. The virtual assistant works remotely handling various administrative tasks to assist clients in their business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate schedules appointments and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails calls and other correspondence
- Perform data entry file management and document preparation
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Assist in creating and maintaining client databases and CRM systems
- Provide customer support and address client inquiries and concerns
- Help in managing social media accounts and online presence
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial management tasks
- Coordinate and collaborate with team members and external partners as required
- Support in organizing and executing events and meetings

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
