Object Technology Solutions Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for an Enterprise Content Manager.

Enterprise Content Manager (LOCATION Meridian ID)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as primary liaison between web creative media and marketing groups to ensure assets are organized and archived as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Upload tag and EOL assets within the DAM system according to business needs and taxonomy rules
Encourage the use of newly created content by communicating with stakeholders regularly about changes and updates
Create a weekly just published email and send it to all relevant teams
Pull reports from the tool and analyze data to provide an overview to leadership on content usage trends and behaviors and then recommend solutions accordingly.
Maintain accurate procedures and records for the system
Manage upload and retrieval of English assets to our translation portal check translations were delivered complete ensure formatting looks similar to English and support publishing needs for creative content and media teams.
Upload video content and assets to our YouTube channels ensuring correct thumbnails descriptions and tags are in place
Conduct monthly audit of assets to archive old and outdated files and materials
Stay informed on latest Digital Asset Management technology trends and innovations
Train users on digital asset management processes as needed

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Expertise with Adobe Experience Manager is preferred
Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
Knowledge of video image and digital formats is essential
Extremely organized with relentless attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Cataloging or metadata management experience preferred
Able to effectively collaborate in a global crossfunctional team environment
Able to balance priorities in a fastpaced environment
Able to use logic to determine the correct action to take
Able to learn quickly and balance priorities in a fastpaced environment
Able to work independently and manage own workload

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

2 years experience in Digital Asset Management or Digital Media Management

Description: Supports engineering activities such as design, test, check-out, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototype electro-mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry, or specialized test equipment. Applications may include analog, digital and/or video circuits and logic systems. Works from schematics, diagrams, written, and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout, and trouble-shooting functions. Performs operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment. Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions. Assists in the design, construction, test, and check-out of test equipment. Uses manufacturing, test, development, or diagnostic equipment, including, but not limited to, test programs oscilloscopes, signal generators, and specialized test apparatus. Must be proficient navigating in various operating systems such as Linux, Unix, CentOS, Windows10 or later, Windows Sever. Must be proficient in using MS products such as Office365, SharePoint, Teams etc. This person will work individually as well as part of a team and will need to work well with others.
