Required Skills:

• Leadership skills
• Experience in leading team of 48 SDETs
• Build team/hire other SDETs as needed for the assigned workstreams
• Collaborate with other teams for integration/endtoend testing
• Collaborate and mentor other Juniors as needed
• Take ownership of releases from quality side and assess risks to ensure product delivered with good quality on the scheduled timelines
• Full automation regression with less turnaround time for release

Technical skills:

• Computer science fundamentals algorithm design problem solving complexity analysis and data structures.
• Testing process test types test design and testing methodologies
• Languages: Java typescript
• UI automation using Playwright Selenium
• Experience in designing and developing automation frameworks and test suites
• SQL
• API testing
• Certified AWS developer or commitment to acquire certification
• Perf testing with Gatling
