Key Responsibilities:
- Travel as needed for premium level store visits.
- Create visually appealing store layouts and displays.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels and product assortment.
- Analyze consumer buying patterns and predict future trends.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate and procure the best merchandise.
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies.
- Supervise and train junior sales staff.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback.
- Utilize data analysis to make informed merchandising decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement in merchandising processes.
Required Criteria:
- Intermediate Passed
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to interpret sales performance data and draw relevant conclusions.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
