Supply chain Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant proficient in OMP Planning Suite with expertise in one or more modules such as Demand Planning (DP) Detailed Planning and Scheduling (DPS) Concurrent Planning (CP) and MultiEchelon Inventory Planning (MEIO). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing business blueprints designing global templates and providing technical leadership to project teams. Additionally knowledge of architectural design patterns performance tuning and functional and interface designs is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize expertise in OMP Planning Suite modules to provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout design to deployment phases.
  
• Develop business blueprints and design global templates aligned with client requirements.
  
• Define and document solutions capturing both functional and nonfunctional (architectural) requirements.
  
• Collaborate with multiple teams including clients to make functional technical and tactical decisions.
  
• Debug and resolve various issues including bugs performance and userrelated concerns.
  
• Develop utilities procedures and documentation as per customer requirements.
  
• Maintain application release control through version control mechanisms.
  
• Design and develop proofofconcepts (POCs) to showcase preferred solutions to customers.
  
• Ensure designs adhere to architectural roadmaps and support application development execution and operations.
  
• Consider overall user experience when designing new solutions and services.
  
• Assist in solving technical problems as they arise during project implementation.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Supply Chain Planning tools particularly OMP Planning Suite.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Supply Chain Management or related field. Masters degree preferred.
  
• Minimum X years of experience in implementing and deploying OMP Planning Suite solutions.
  
• Indepth knowledge and handson experience in one or more OMP Planning Suite modules: Demand Planning (DP) Detailed Planning and Scheduling (DPS) Concurrent Planning (CP) or MultiEchelon Inventory Planning (MEIO).
  
• Strong understanding of architectural design patterns performance tuning and functional and interface designs.
  
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning tools such as SAP IBP O9 or BY SCPO is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and experience working in cloud environments is advantageous.
  
• Ability to travel as required for project engagements.
  

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with other Supply Chain Planning tools besides OMP such as SAP IBP O9 or BY SCPO.
  
• Previous involvement in OMP Deployment implementations.
  
• Certification in OMP Planning Suite or related technologies is a plus.
