Order Fulfillment Specialist

This is a remote position.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our ticketing and order management systems.
  
• Prepare quotes for customers.
  
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide order status updates address inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
  
• Collaborate closely with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  
• Monitor order queues and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements and customer expectations.
  
• Work with other departments to ensure prompt invoicing and payment.
  
• Maintain uptodate metadata for products in listing software.
  
• Add to and revise documentation and SOP guidelines as needed.
  
• Other responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• 2 years of experience in customer service or order fulfillment role.
  
• Strong English language proficiency both written and verbal.
  
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
  
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
  
• Detailoriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Proficiency in using ticketing systems preferably Zendesk.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute positively to a team environment.
  
• Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  
• Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  
• Must be able to work from 10PM7AM
