Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused individual to join our team as Order Fulfillment Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders from placement to delivery ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our ticketing and order management systems.
- Prepare quotes for customers.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide order status updates address inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Monitor order queues and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements and customer expectations.
- Work with other departments to ensure prompt invoicing and payment.
- Maintain uptodate metadata for products in listing software.
- Add to and revise documentation and SOP guidelines as needed.
- Other responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in customer service or order fulfillment role.
- Strong English language proficiency both written and verbal.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
- Detailoriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems preferably Zendesk.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute positively to a team environment.
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 10PM7AM

One (1) year of exposure in using an LMS or teaching Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint), creative tools such as those featured in Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML Excellent communication skills and is a team-player Sound decision-making and organizational skills Graduate of any four-year program, preferably an education-related program Exceptional English communication, both written and verbal Must be willing to work in from Mondays to Fridays, 9PM-6AM or 10PM-7AM work schedule.
