As a PreSales Engineer also known as a Solutions Engineer you will work as an advisor to prospective customers by demonstrating how LinkFor and eInvoicing will enable compliance innovation and enhance their overall business operations.
In this role you will:
Work with the Sales team to solve prospects requirements presale
Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand pain points and deliver innovative solutions
Demonstrate how LinkFor can support business requirements
Conduct workshops and training sessions both facetoface and online
Develop and enhance relationships with customers and solutions partners
Provide valuable feedback to product teams
Leverage your technical skills to provide strategic and innovative demonstrations
What are the role requirements
Strong communication and presentation skills
Be technically minded and motivated to learn and master new products and services
Ability to break down products and offer use case demonstrations
Ability to work with business requirements and turn them into multiproduct demonstrations
Understand business landscapes across a variety of industries
13 years experience in SaaS sales or a technical/product implementation role
