Primary and secondary sales channel partner and distribution sales
and management for all the international sales.
Development and maintenance of a proper pipeline for business for the
company under your control with a decent number of business closings
every month.
Appointment of RSMs and their teams and taking daily reports to match
the sales projections and targets.

Making sure that proper primary and secondary sales channels are
created regularly and maintained.
Proper coordination with the marketing team and collaboration for
marketing strategy implementation.
Achieve sales goals country wise.
Ensure clientele's business relationship with the company go smoothly
and their queries are resolved promptly.
Inventory planning with implementation of the product schemes with
production team.
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients ensuring their
satisfaction and being the goto person for all their needs.
Compile analyze and communicate daily weekly and monthly sales
data and insights to drive business amongst existing accounts.
Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
Present sales revenue expense reports and realistic forecasts to the
upper management team.
Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned Customer's
Replenishment Managers and Demand Planners.
Frequent travel to meet clients attend industry events trade fairs and
build inperson relationships.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Drive identified Initiatives to achieve the overall sales objectives.
Identify & effectively implement Major and Key initiatives at all levels in
the areas of Market Development Distribution expansion & Sales
Operation
Identify the critical/burning issues affecting sales & take remedial
action/ escalate wherever needed
Continuously identify gaps in the regular working of rep support staff
and remedy the situation without allowing it to damage the business.
Bring focus to the business of new Products.
Be an expert on Systems Processes Policies and Business Module

Impart training to field managers and employees on SPPB during their
induction
Regularly collect feedback on improvements required in SPPB
Collaborate with HO to get the required improvements incorporated in
the SPPB
Accelerate business growth by supporting the Sector Leads with
category analysis reporting and category strategy recommendations to
drive growth
Responsible for delivering periodic and ondemand category
performance reviews and addressing adhoc customer requests based
on internal and external data sources
Provide analytics to support key strategic customer engagements and
to support category assortment and space interventions
