Your Role with Us:
As a Field Application Engineer you will play a pivotal role in our company. Collaborating closely with our engineering team you will utilize your expertise to support our customers in deploying and optimizing our cuttingedge AI solutions. Tasks

Your tasks will include:

• Providing technical support to customers in deploying and integrating our AI solutions.
• Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and partners.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to gather feedback and improve product features.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation and training materials.
• Supporting sales teams in technical discussions and customer presentations.
• Participating in trade shows conferences and other industry events as needed.

Requirements

What you should bring:

• A degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical support or field application engineering role.
• Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C Python or Java.
• Familiarity with embedded systems and hardware/software integration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
