From broken bones or cuts to extensive trauma our team will promptly diagnose and treat you or stabilize you for inpatient admission or transfer if you need more extensive or specialty care.
The medical team at Valley Regional Hospital includes physicians nurses and paramedics who are specially trained in emergency medicine. This team is specifically trained to treat all types of medical emergencies.
We do our best to attend to everyone immediately; however we do prioritize care based on those who are in the most critical state.
The emergency department features noisebuffering sliding glass doors in each room privacy curtains flat screen TVs and seating for family and friends. The department encompasses two triage rooms six treatment rooms two trauma rooms dedicated pediatric and psyche rooms and a private consultation room. Our specialized dedicated decontamination area has a large storage area nearby filled supplies to handle emergency responses to hazardous contaminations within the community.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! RTO for Memorial Day and 4th of July Holidays will not be approved !
No nonbillable orientation
OT Holiday multipliers: 1.25%
Call and CallBack: Not applicable for this need
Requirement description :
- 2 years ED experience Required
- Previous travel (at least 3 months) Required This is nonnegotiable
- Rural/small facility experience Required
- TNCC Highly Preferred
Profile Requirements:
- Cover page if applicable (not required)
- Work History
- License/Certifications (Nursys BLS PALS and ACLS Facility will not pend license/certs)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Hampshire
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH or Compact must be inhand at upload. Facility will not pend license
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holidays required as needed
On Call Requirements : No On Call
