Client seeking a highly motivated professional to join the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CEO) as one of the key resources in delivering technical functional and business process improvements in the enterprisewide Service Management application which is based on the ServiceNow software suite.

In this position as a Solution Architect the incumbent will work with leadership team to drive the definition and standardization of Service Management business processes across UST ServiceNow assignments.

You will also direct significant aspects of the ongoing implementation of the ServiceNow software suite.

Workload will range from generating and reviewing functional and technical requirements providing Service Management business process leadership collaborating with Information Technology teams to implement enhancements defining more intuitive ways to leverage the data collected in the system and working otherwise as a subject matter expert in general Service Managementrelated projects.

Technical Knowledge Required for this Role The incumbent should have an overall experience of 14 years in an engineering & development role with 10 years specific to Architecture level and the recent few years specific to the ServiceNow software suite in the below technical areas:

Strong Knowledge in development and implementation of as a service and cloud platforms and products.

Experience of the Development of Customized SaaS Platforms

Previous experience implementing and configuring the ServiceNow software suite in one or more of the following modules: Incident Management Problem Management Request Management Change Management Performance Analytics Asset Management Release Management Asset Management IT Cost Management

ServiceNow Administratorlevel training and equivalent handson experience Indepth understanding and handson application of Service Management business processes. ITIL knowledge is a plus.

Good understanding of the ServiceNow Data Model Highlevel understanding of the ServiceNow integration (with other systems / applications) architecture in particular APIs

Capable of managing own workload as well as planning / directing the activities of others. Includes work planning creation of status reports managing project financials etc.

Experience working with a diverse functional and technical team on multiple concurrent streams / tracks of work

Ability to review / interpret / refine requests from the business community and translate them into functional and technical requirements which can be estimated for complexity and then queued for implementation

Has experience functioning as a Solution Architect role in multiple ServiceNow implementations

Ability to build & present solutions & proposals to global clients especially C Level Executives.

Educational Qualifications:

A Masters or bachelors degree in engineering with specialization in Computer Science /Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication is essential for this role.

ServiceNow Certified professional Application Development & IP creation work experience a strong plus Must have working experience in two or more of the below mention modules specific to ServiceNow: o ITSM o ITOM o CMDB o Discovery o Service Mapping o Orchestration o Asset Management o CSM o Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) o Security Operations o ITBM o HR Case Management The following skills are highly desired but not required: o Certified Scrum Master o Certified System Administrator o Certified App
