Sr Technical Developer

Roles/Responsibilities:
Ability to handcode all components:
Experience in full lifecycle software development SDLC including coding standards code reviews source code management build processes testing and value of metrics and incremental delivery.
Experience working in Agile projects
Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
Creative and analytical thinker who is selfdriven and capable of working in a fast paced environment

Required Qualifications:
Associate is responsible for connecting with clients and requirement gathering Connect with BAs for requirement clarification. Associate should be able to derive a design model for the requirement and Responsible for Development and enhancement of the requirement Associate should write unit test cases and use cases and complete Unit testing Associate should assist and provide support to QA and UAT test team. Associate should support Prod support and work on critical issues from production. Associate should be able to lead the team members and assist the team members in any issues.
