Job Description:

As a Data Analyst specializing in Business Process Optimization you will be instrumental in deciphering our clients business operations and departmental workflows. Your role entails conducting thorough data analysis documenting data requirements and proposing solutions to elevate departmental efficiency and performance. Additionally youll be responsible for overseeing the implementation of datarelated changes ensuring seamless integration and adeptly troubleshooting during the build process.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and capture entity and relationship dynamics within business operations.
• Document the evolution of data states as entities progress through various business processes.
• Articulate and document precise data requirements to facilitate effective decisionmaking.
• Establish key terms and definitions within departments or business processes to uphold data governance standards.
• Understand and address crossfunctional data needs presenting findings to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide valuable input to report disposition and development projects enhancing the efficiency of data analysis.
• Collaborate with business and IT partners to integrate ERP processes seamlessly with existing business functions.
• Review and offer feedback on sourcetotarget mappings ensuring alignment with design specifications.
• Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting of data issues using SQL and/or reporting tools.
• Foster alignment across various teams and partners to ensure successful execution of all activities.

Additional Skills and Certifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated learning orientation and a keen interest in exploring data insights.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision devising work plans and delivering results across diverse objectives.
• Certification in Data Analysis or related field (e.g. Certified Analytics Professional Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
• Proficiency in utilizing selfservice analytics tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Experience in implementing data governance practices.
• Familiarity with agile methodology facilitating agiledriven projects.
• Understanding of the vehicle supply chain environment.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry landscape.
