Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights7:00 PM 7:30 AM 12

Shift Notes: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM/36 hours schedule/24 hours guaranteed/Must be willing to float to units where experienced

Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility

OnCall Requirements: Oncall schedule to be determined by facility

COVID Vaccination: FLU vaccination REQUIRED **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**

Travel Policy: No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered please include a copy in the submission

• Learning modules must be completed before the start of the assignment.
• Nonbillable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
• Client or Vendor may cancel an Assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.

This position assesses plans implements evaluates and documents nursing care of patients following organizational policies and following standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge judgment and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.

• Minimum 24 months of current ICU experience REQUIRED
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION REQUIRED
• No Nursys Hits REQUIRED
• will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
