QA - AndroidIOS

Role Purpose:
As an Intune SME you are responsible for endtoend management and troubleshooting of Mac iOS Android Rugged HoloLens devicesWindows(optional) including but not limited to OS Application Configuration Compliance management.
Perform complex resolution activities to diagnose issues (related to application deployment configuration issue etc.) and perform Quality Assurance focusing on end user experience.
Work with various teams to complete solution as per the requirement/request from business.
Accountabilities:
8 years of total experience in managing iOS Android Windows HoloLens Rugged devices using any MDM Solution and minimum 3 years of experience on Intune.
Knowledge on Apple Business Manager Apple Developer Portal Google Play Enterprise portal is must.
Expertise in PowerShell Scripting and Proficiency in other scripting languages (e.g. VBS Batch Scripts etc.) will be additional advantage.
Indepth knowledge to create and configure MDM policies
Create and Deploy applications (LOB/Win32/Store Apps/etc.) using Intune i.e. managing application lifecycle.
Unattended enrollment of Windows Mac iOS Android Rugged HoloLens devices
Managing Software Updates and Feature Updates for Windows 10
Knowledge on MSGraph and Power BI will be an added advantage
Managing OS Upgrades for Mac iOS Android Rugged HoloLensWindows devices.


Critical Knowledge Experience and Capabilities:
Knowledge on creating packages using PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT).
Expertlevel Windows 10 build architecture and deployment experience including customization and branding of a Windows 10 build
Windows Autopilot deployment experience using Azure/Intune.
Mapping of Active Directory GPO controls and settings to Intune MDM Policies
Implementation of Kiosk Profiles.
Experience in device management for Windows iOS/iPadOS macOS Android.
Experience in configuring and managing Configuration Profiles Compliance Policies Defender policies Firewall rules etc.
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform most particularly with Intune and multiple Windows AutoPilot profiles.
Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting is a must.
Good understanding on Device and User based Certificates (SCEP and NDES).
Excellent teamwork skills balanced with the ability to work independently
Proven interpersonal skills and have basic knowledge office tools (e.g. Excel) for collecting and manipulating distribution results.
