Are you a skilled Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) looking for a remote opportunity Join our team and contribute to our database management initiatives from anywhere!

Key Responsibilities:

• Install configure and maintain Oracle database software and related components.
• Perform database upgrades patches and migrations as required to ensure system stability and security.
• Monitor and optimize database performance including tuning SQL queries optimizing storage and managing resources.
• Implement and maintain database security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Backup and restore databases to safeguard against data loss and facilitate disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot database issues and incidents and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain database documentation including procedures standards and configurations.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business requirements.
• Stay updated on Oracle database technologies best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Database Administrator with expertise in Oracle Database 11g/12c/19c.
• Strong understanding of Oracle database architecture concepts and features.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming languages.
• Experience with database performance tuning optimization and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures including Oracle RMAN.
• Knowledge of database security concepts and practices.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
• Oracle certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) are a plus.
