Overview:
Tekwissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. This Client is a holding company that primarily operates through Gas and Electric Company subsidiary. The subsidiary provides natural gas and electric services to residential and business clients. It also offers building and construction programs energy efficiency financing electric vehicle charge networks wireless solutions battery storage systems etc. This Client is an AA/EEO employer that actively pursues and hires a diverse workforce.
Job Title: IT Project Manager AnalystMid
Location: Oakland CA 94612
Duration: 12 Months
Work Type: Contract
Job Type: Hybrid
Job Description:
- Coordinate with PM regarding review of project actual variance explanations and forecast submission
- Consolidate PRJ updates
- Consolidate estimate regarding financial requests for different project initiatives
- Participate and occasionally drive Core Team Meeting
- Create meeting notes for various meetings
- PPMC updates and maintenance
- Execute Project Plan updates
- Upload docs to Sharepoint EDRS and / or Shibumi and track approvals
- Extract financial data for various (e.g. Business) decks
- Coordinate with Finance and PM for journal entries
- Partner with PM for various deck updates
- Help support sourcing process SOW / PO creation Contract intake form
- EDRS routing and follow ups for approval
- Raise tickets for production issues
- EGR/GR vendor invoices / contractor hours
- Assist team for access/time reporting/finance/time related queries.
- Implement and evaluate PMO processes; procedures
- Monitor; report metrics on IT programs; projects
- Support financial analysis on large projects
- Maintain PMO best practice tools and documentation
Education & Experience
- BS in Business or equivalent
- 3 years IT project management experience
- Familiarity with IT costing and budgeting
- Familiarity with project management sw
