Job Description:

• PLC Programming with an emphasis on generating code that is organized structured documented maintainable and reusable. Knowledge of Studio 5000 RSLogix 5000 RSLogix 500 RSLogix 5.
• SCADA HMI Programming to generate HMI screens for complex process control applications while providing sufficient feedback for troubleshooting. Knowledge of FactoryTalk View Machine Edition and Site Edition.
• Design Control System Architecture (CSA) diagrams
• Design control study / URD (User Required Document) for the PLC & HMI programming
• Design electrical & control panel layout control schematic drawings and Bill of Material (BOM)
• Design and perform safety validation safety maps IQ/OQ LOTO Documents for new equipment installation at site
• Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at client site and VAT (Vendor Acceptance Test) at Vendor Location for new electrical & control panels
• Provide support for installation commissioning startup and troubleshooting for machines & skids at site
• Perform Multidiscipline and vendor coordination
• Review vendor & engineering documents as per project requirements.
• Prepare feasibility study design basis document and detail engineering technical documents Cable schedule Device List/ Tag List for new equipment / machine
• Design & review technical documents like engineering information for fabricator / contractor for activities to be performed in sequence at site
• Deliver complex largescale projects on time and within the budget in compliance with NEC NFPA79 OSHA S88 and PackML Standards
• Suggesting ideas on Production Improvements & Cost reduction without quality compromises.
• Shall be responsible for installing wiring the instruments/Control modules field devices and commissioning of minor production improvement systems.
• Shall be flexible to come in to attend the troubleshooting.
• Shall be flexible to work on any shift.
• Shall be flexible to work on weekendbased on the requirement.
