Key Task & Responsibilities

• Oversee program deliverables schedule and logistics.
• Facilitate key events such as workshops mentorship sessions and demo days.
• Coordinate communication and ensure effective engagement of stakeholders like mentors and investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners understanding their objectives and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement services that add value to partners and startups.
• Track program performance and make datadriven recommendations for enhancements.
• Strengthen the startup ecosystem through networking events collaborations and online engagement.
• Lead a team setting objectives monitoring progress and ensuring client and partner retention.
• Regular reporting to the Program Lead team and stakeholders.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years experience in managing startup programs driving success and engaging with startups effectively.
• Effective project management skills handling multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills fostering productive relationships with founders and stakeholders.
• Passionate about emerging technology trends corporate innovation and investment prospectives.
