Tasks

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and equipment
• Install configure and maintain hardware and software components
• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of IT systems
• Document and report issues resolutions and recommendations for future improvements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related field
• Strong knowledge of networking and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Ability to provide technical support remotely and onsite
• Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus
