Description

The Technical Writer works with our development teams to create and revise technical JIRA stories help documentation release notes SOPs and other relevant product documentation. The right candidate will have excellent writing skills and strong technical proficiency to help our team present our product to users in the best possible way.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and gather information from subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand the functionalities features and workflows of our software applications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive user documentation including user manuals release notes and training materials.
• Craft userfriendly content that is accessible and understandable to diverse audiences with varying technical expertise.
• Apply best practices in information architecture and document design to create wellorganized visually appealing and easytonavigate documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of information across all documentation and user interfaces.
• Maintain the companys documentation style guide and develop or refine writing templates for future projects.
• Explore and implement new and innovative ways to present technical information such as through video tutorials interactive guides or knowledge base articles.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
