Associate Attorney

We seek an exceptional California admitted attorney (310 years of litigation experience) to join our dynamic admiralty maritime transportation and insurance litigation practice.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop and implement case management strategies.

Draft legal pleadings discovery and motions.

Take and defend depositions appear in court mediate and try cases.

Develop and foster client relationships.

Independently manage cases (with appropriate supervision).

Education and Experience:

Admitted to California Bar.
