We seek an exceptional California admitted attorney (310 years of litigation experience) to join our dynamic admiralty maritime transportation and insurance litigation practice.
Applicants should be selfstarters seeking to build a career with us and can expect meaningful substantive federal and state court litigation experience. We offer a friendly informal business casual environment. Benefits include medical dental paid vacation parking and 401K.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop and implement case management strategies.
Draft legal pleadings discovery and motions.
Take and defend depositions appear in court mediate and try cases.
Develop and foster client relationships.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Independently manage cases (with appropriate supervision).
Excellent time management skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Good judgment and discretion.
Commitment to client service.
Education and Experience:
Admitted to California Bar.
08 years of litigation experience.
