Architect

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and present design proposals to clients
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications for the construction process
• Oversee the implementation of design solutions
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and health and safety laws
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including engineers contractors and clients
• Use computeraided design (CAD) software to create plans and blueprints
• Visit construction sites to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Manage project budgets and schedules
• Stay updated with the latest construction technologies and materials
• Participate in the tendering process for projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Licensed to practice architecture
• Proven experience in architectural design and construction projects
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Project management experience
• Ability to work in a team and lead when necessary
• Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
• Creativity and innovation in design
