Main Role &Responsibilities:

• Competent with social media
• making reels posting stories etc
• Managing a social media posting calendar
• Lead calls
• Managing trials through to membership
• Managing the inbound and outbound messaging channels
• Managing the CRM
• Organising social events to enrich the member experience
• Saving cancellations
