As a Market and Product Expansion Analyst in Saudi Arabia you are an integral part of the team whose work supports the successful release and adoption of products. As a key contributor of the team you align the needs of clients in the market as well as the price and position of our products.

Job responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to learn techniques to elicit specify discover and document customer requirements
• Tracks and reports on key performance indicators and product metrics set by leadership
• Supports the Product team by analyzing customer needs and market opportunities
• Assists in research and data collection
• Develops and maintains a good understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor offering to specific markets
• Communicates regulatory guidelines to Product Managers to ensure our products meet risk and compliance requirements and are delivered on time
• Advises on the available standards methods tools and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure our products meet all necessary risk and compliance checks
• Collaborates with Product Managers and crossfunctional teams to develop and implement strategies for expansion and new product launches
• Conducts comprehensive analysis to evaluate market trends competitor pricing strategies and client behaviour
• Performs market research to understand the local needs and requirements for product improvements
• Takes on the role of industry influencer in Saudi Arabias Payments industry by actively participating in events and associations while driving thought leadership

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• Knowledge in Product Technology or Project Management
• Ability to work in large collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
• Emerging knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Understanding of basic analytics tools
• Good understanding of risk management and controls regional and local nuances and governance requirements
• Ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
