Manufacturing Engineering Manager

• Lead and direct the Manufacturing Engineers in creating processes creating and maintaining accurate routers creating and maintaining process procedures and defining tooling required to support production and new product development programs.
  
• Define and lead continuous improvement projects throughout the Manufacturing organization while developing the skills of team on use of lean tools.
  
• Work closely with Planning Manufacturing Program Management Engineering and
  
• Quality to provide timely support to achieve customer needs and requirements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree and 510 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
• U.S. Citizenship Permanent Resident or other status as a U.S. Person is required.
  
• Must have the ability to lead and persuade others and deploy new processes by effectively communicating ideas and concepts.
  
• Prior experience managing teams in an aerospace manufacturing environment is desired.
  
• The ideal candidate will have experience with machining lathes Mills and Grinders. Gear experience a plus but not required
