Job Summary Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will ensure that each Sponsorship & CSR initiative undertaken reaps the best possible returns for the airline. You will also explore and evaluate new (and existing) Sponsorship & CSR opportunities which are in-line with the core objectives & strategies. Additional responsibility includes planning the annual Sponsorships & CSR budget, implementing an effective execution plan with all involved and enhancing the effectiveness of the Sponsorships & CSR function for the airline. Specific accountabilities include • Formulate and execute the long-term and mid-term Global Sponsorship & CSR Strategy which supports and is in-line with the overall communications strategy • Support the Head of Department to effectively communicate the strategy, and manage communication of on-going Sponsorship & CSR programmes as required to stakeholders. • Manage special projects through effective project management plans and clear assignment/communication of tasks to direct reports and other peers/team members to ensure successful project delivery. • Communicate at a senior management level as well as to peers and build strong collaborative relationships across all stakeholders.
