As a Finance Administrator you will undertake essential tasks to ensure the smooth financial operations of the company. This includes handling the receipt of daily banking transactions and reconciling payments in multiple currencies ensuring accuracy and compliance. Additionally you will be responsible for processing accounts payable which involves entering bills into the system and preparing payments in a timely manner.

What do you need to succeed
  • Minimum 2 years experience in finance and/or commercial Administration
  • Selfmotivated able to work with little day to day supervision
  • The ability to work in a team and individually
  • Accounts Receivable/Payable and general ledger experience
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office including Excel experience
  • Strong ability to communicate both written and verbal English
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a highvolume work environment
  • Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals

What awaits you in this role

  • Receipt of daily banking and reconciliation of payments in multicurrency
  • Processing accounts payable including entering bills and preparing payments
  • Process end of month customer invoicing and billings
  • Entering staff disbursements
  • Allocate invoices to appropriate cost centres and ensure approval in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Generate weekly domestic and overseas creditor payment run and ad hoc payment runs as required
  • Support Accountant in the timely and accurate financial process and report of information key tasks to include general ledger reconciliation journal processing cost centre allocation month end processing process clearing accounts etc
  • Fixed asset maintenance
  • Payroll function
  • Debts collection
  • Send out weekly/monthly payment and invoice report
  • Other ad hoc tasks
