Senior Campaign Specialist

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

Assist CM as an SME with aspects of the application that are needed for accounts for training

Assists in the training of new hires and transferred team members

Become an SME in feature areas of the application for knowledge sharing with team members

Assist in the management of client calendar and traffic assets as they are received

Daytoday contact for clients on mailing production

Leads/attends all client status calls for production and projects

Works with campaign manager to execute campaign services project requirements

Responsible for flawless campaign production for mailing creation updates and scheduling

Strong understanding of client data and segmentation strategy for client

Provide the Campaign Manager with all details related to campaign services errors

Provide flawless quality assurance to mailings through each step of production (QA UAT and Prod)

Communicate with the client on receipt of assets timing of tests and final mailing details

Assist in creating client documentation as processes are established and updated

Proficient in platform applications and features

Troubleshoot data and HTML issues in mailings during testing

Has a target of 99.9% accuracy rate for campaign services and at the pod level

Deliver professional and courteous communications to clients and team members at all times

Complete standard reporting requests for clients as needed

Build and update dynamic content assets for promotional and triggered mailings

Monitor campaigns postdeployment

Provide instructions and assets necessary for flawless QA for mailings

Keep accurate logs of tasks and notes by campaign in Open Air for client billing and capacity reporting

100% Open Air compliance before the weekly deadline

100% compliance with time card submission every week

Attend all All Hands and TownHall meetings to keep uptodate on news and company information

Attend and contribute to all team meetings (SME presentations client special requests etc.)

Complete all necessary training requirements on an annual basis

Requirements:
4 years of related experience within email marketing and client services such as CheetahMail Mailchimp Constant Contact Salesforce Responsys is a huge plus.

Working knowledge of Web technologies and concepts (HTML/CSS) as well as proficiency with Photoshop

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint for managing data and performing quantitative analysis

Understanding of databases and related technology query tools like Microsoft Access

Strong oral and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.

Exceptional work ethic ability to perform under pressure meet deadlines and demonstrates enthusiasm towards colleagues and clients

Ability to build effective working relationships with others inside and outside the organization
