ProjectConstruction Manager

Job Description:

Our client is seeking experienced Project Construction Managers preferably US or UK Nationals to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise project management skills and industry knowledge to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion ensuring adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards.
• Oversee site operations including coordination of resources materials and procurement to ensure efficient project progress.
• Utilize primavera software and other project management tools to develop detailed project schedules track progress and mitigate potential delays.
• Collaborate with engineering teams contractors and stake holders to resolve technical issues and ensure project specifications are met.
• Implement effective documentation and reporting procedures maintaining accurate records of project activities expenditures and compliance documentation.
• Lead regular project meetings providing updates on project status addressing concerns and facilitating communication among project stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks implementing appropriate corrective actions to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
• Strong understanding of project execution methodologies and site operations.
• Proficiency in Primavera software and other project scheduling applications.
• Extensive experience in site constructions particularly in the installation of steel
• Storage tanks according to API 650 standards silos pressure vessels and structural steel works.
• Thorough knowledge of industry regulations and standards with focus on ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
• Prior experience working directly for main contractors with proven track record of successful project delivery.
