Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in driving datadriven decisionmaking and supporting our companys growth. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather analyze and interpret data providing actionable insights to inform strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives and identify data requirements.
• Collect and analyze data to discover trends patterns and insights.
• Develop and maintain reports dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Conduct indepth business process analysis and recommend improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Create and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Qualifications:

• Freshers can also apply.
• Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a resultsoriented mindset.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and databases is a plus.
