Job Title: Sales Manager ( Experience in selling products / services to Resident Welfare Associations in Delhi NCR)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Sales Manager with experience in selling products or services to Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) in the Delhi NCR area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities building strong relationships with RWAs and promoting our offerings to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
  1. Market Research and Prospecting:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential RWAs and key decisionmakers in the Delhi NCR region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop a targeted prospect list for sales outreach.
  1. Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Customize sales strategies and value propositions to effectively address the needs and preferences of RWAs.
  1. Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with RWAs fostering trust and credibility as a reliable partner.
  • Engage with RWA representatives through inperson meetings presentations and networking events.
  1. Product/Service Promotion:
  • Educate RWAs about our products/services and demonstrate how they can add value to their communities.
  • Present product/service features benefits and pricing in a clear and compelling manner.
  1. Sales Negotiation and Closure:
  • Lead sales negotiations and address objections to secure agreements with RWAs.
  • Prepare and present proposals contracts and pricing quotes ensuring alignment with RWA requirements and budget constraints.
  1. Crossfunctional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing operations and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide feedback from RWAs to inform product/service development and enhancement efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or business development with a proven track record of success in selling products/services to RWAs or similar stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR market dynamics and RWA ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the Delhi NCR region as required.
