Were looking for a visionary leader to manage our supply chain team with a keen focus on enhancing engagement communication and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic oversight and handson management skills to oversee recruitment onboarding compliance and administrative processes within our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the supply chain team responsible for recruitment onboarding compliance and administration.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline the onboarding process for field teams ensuring adherence to minimum standards for safe operations.
• Maintain external communication channels with field teams to boost retention and engagement extending support and guidance where necessary.
• Conduct visits to engage with field teams fostering a conducive company culture and fostering positive relations while addressing any arising concerns or issues.
• Support with any contractual matters as they surface escalating issues and managing stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution.
• Oversee the development and implementation of process mappings and streamlining initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead on projects relating to supply chain initially including;
  • introducing and managing the service partner fee and annual review.
  • Proposal for a tier system with associated benefits to motivate and reward our supply chain partners whilst achieving positive commercial outcomes.
  • Take the lead on supply chain actions on our net zero journey focusing on converting and measuring emissions to achieve sustainability targets.

Who we are looking for:

We are welcoming applications from those with previous management experience including process improvement and strategic planning. Some knowledge of sustainability best practices and experience in managing environmental impact would be useful.
