Release Train Engineer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to deliver value to customers
• Facilitate programlevel ceremonies and events
• Coordinate and manage dependencies across ARTs
• Implement and manage the continuous delivery pipeline
• Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops
• Resolve and escalate impediments to help improve the flow of value
• Collaborate with Product Management Product Owners and other stakeholders
• Support the execution of Program Increment (PI) Planning
• Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
• Facilitate preparation and readiness for System Demos and Solution Demos
• Act as a leader and change agent to foster a LeanAgile mindset
• Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
• Support estimating forecasting and planning efforts
• Champion Agile and SAFe practices throughout the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• Certification in SAFe Agilist (SA) or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer or similar role
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework
• Experience in leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Expertise in release management and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in problemsolving and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to drive cultural change and foster collaboration
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices
• Experience with continuous delivery and continuous integration
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Certifications in Agile Scrum or Kanban are a plus
