Overview

The role of Order Management and Export Documentation is crucial in ensuring the efficient handling and processing of export orders along with the accurate preparation of export documentation. The position plays a key role in coordinating the export logistics ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and maintaining smooth communication with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and review export orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and fulfillment
  • Prepare and verify export documentation such as invoices packing lists and certificates of origin
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and trade agreements
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers for shipment bookings and transportation
  • Manage and track the shipment process to ensure ontime delivery
  • Handle export customs clearance procedures
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding order status and shipment details
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export orders and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance order management and export documentation processes
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with overall supply chain objectives
  • Stay updated with international trade regulations and export compliance requirements
  • Provide support in resolving any exportrelated inquiries or challenges
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in export documentation and order management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management or relevant field
  • Proven experience in order management export documentation or related roles
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export compliance
  • Proficiency in using export documentation software and systems
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation requirements
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling export documentation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Familiarity with customs processes and export clearance procedures
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a teamoriented setting
  • Adaptability to evolving export regulations and trade practices
  • Experience in coordinating with freight forwarders and carriers
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications such as ERP and CRM systems
  • Problemsolving skills and proactive approach in resolving exportrelated challenges
