Job Description:
As a .NET Principal Engineer within our banking domain you will play a crucial role in leading the design development and implementation of scalable and secure software solutions. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive technical excellence and deliver highquality products that meet the needs of our customers and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of .NETbased software solutions to address complex business requirements in the banking domain.
Mentor and coach junior engineers providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Collaborate with product managers stakeholders and other engineering teams to define requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ensure adherence to best practices coding standards and security protocols throughout the software development lifecycle.
Perform code reviews identify areas for optimization and drive initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends advocating for their adoption where appropriate to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
10 years of experience in software development using .NET technologies with a strong focus on the banking domain.
Proficiency in C# ASP.NET MVC and other relevant frameworks and tools.
Solid understanding of software design principles architecture patterns and best practices.
Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail with a passion for delivering highquality software solutions.
10 years of experience in software development using .NET technologies with a strong focus on the banking domain.
Proficiency in C# ASP.NET MVC and other relevant frameworks and tools.

Experience with cloud technologies (e.g. Azure AWS) and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD automated testing and deployment.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in the banking industry (e.g. GDPR PCI DSS).
