We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager HR for the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions to support the organizations goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding of new employees.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
Performance Management
Implement and administer performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and productivity.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance appraisal processes goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed to address performance issues.
Training and Development
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops on various topics including technical skills leadership development and compliance training.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Organizational Design Development Initiatives
Collaborate with senior management to design and implement organizational structures and processes to support business growth and efficiency.
Lead organizational development initiatives such as restructuring succession planning and change management projects.
Ensure alignment of organizational design with business objectives and employee needs.
People and Culture
Foster a positive work culture that values diversity inclusion and employee engagement.
Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee morale teamwork and worklife balanceدوام كامل
