SAP FICO Fund and Grant Management Remote

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure SAP FICO modules to support fund and grant management requirements.
• Collaborate with finance and grant management teams to understand business requirements.
• Design implement and maintain SAP FICO solutions for fund and grant accounting.
• Perform system testing user acceptance testing and production support.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations processes and procedures.
• Provide enduser training and support for SAP FICO modules.
• Support financial reporting and analysis for fund utilization and grant management.
• Participate in system enhancements and upgrades related to fund and grant management.
• Ensure compliance with grant regulations and funding guidelines.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for continuous process improvements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving SAP FICO module issues.
• Monitor and optimize fund and grant accounting processes.
• Conduct regular audits to validate fund and grant transactions.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities related to fund and grant management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Technology or related field.
• 8 years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation.
• Experience in fund and grant accounting within a complex organizational structure.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SAP fund and grant management functionality.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP FICO solutions.
• Experience in endtoend SAP FICO implementation projects.
• Knowledge of grant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Certification in SAP FICO is a plus.
• Understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
